On May 6, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Naves and Van met with the Licensee, Edina Morales, for an unannounced case management inspection to ensure licensee is operating within her license capacity and limitations. The purpose of the inspection was explained, and the Licensee granted LPAs entry to the home. A Type B citation was issued during the March 7, 2025, annual inspection. The licensee cared for twelve children alone. During today's inspection, LPAs inspected the home and confirmed that the licensee complied with her licensed capacity and limitations. LPAs observed the licensee supervised eleven children all preschoolers, which complies with her license capacity. Licensee has also hired additional help which has fingerprint clearance by the department. During visit Licensees spouse arrived with 2 other school aged children bringing her total to 14 children. Licensee was reminded to keep verification of children being enrolled in school. No deficiencies were observed in today's inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Edina Morales.
