What the inspector wrote

On September 24, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Naves and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Zebila conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit. The LPA met with the licensee and explained the purpose of the inspection and granted access to the home. There were no children present at the home at the time of arrival Licensee stated her helper was out with 6 children (4 infants and 2 preschoolers) for a walk. At approximately 11:20 Licensees helper and 6 children arrived (4 infants and 2 preschool aged children). During the annual inspection on August 19, 2025, licensee did not maintain documented 15 minute sleep checks logged for children in care. Licensee did not posses a current and valid Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification. Licensee provided LPA with a record of sleep logs on September 18, 2025, via text message and LPA thoroughly reviewed sleep logs provided by licensee during today\342\200\231s visit as well. cont page 2 >>>> page 2 Licensee provided LPA with proof of current Pediatric First Aid/CPR certification. The deficiencies that were cited during the August 19, 2025, inspection have been cleared today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the licensee, Jodi Gochberg. A copy of today\342\200\231s report was given to Jodi Gochberg.
