An unannounced case management visit was made today by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Robert Maciel and Dianne Morrison for the purpose of reviewing new playground installation and met with Director Teresa Skinner (D1). On 8/25/25, LPA Maciel was notified by the Director of Early Education and Care, Education Services at Mendocino County Office of Education (MCOE) Kristin Hills that there was a new playground that would be installed at the facility between 9/8/25 and 9/15/25. During today's visit, LPAs inspected the playground and observed 10 children in care. LPAs observed that the playground is rated for ages 2-5. LPAs spoke with D1 who stated the installation of the playground was completed on 10/3/25. No deficiencies were observed during today's inspection. This report was read and reviewed with Director Teresa Skinner. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal RIghts were provided.
