What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Robert Maciel made a case management visit for the purpose of following up on notification of director change submitted by the Licensee, Saprina Rodriguez (LS), on 5/19/25. The notification did not contain a director packet of qualifications. During today's visit, LPA observed 12 children in care. LPA requested the documents for staff 1 (S1) showing proof of qualifications for center director. LS stated that S1 will become the director as of 06/01/2025 and that she will submit all of the required documents to the department by that date. No deficiencies were observed during today's visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
