Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye met with Sarah Ryan to conduct a capacity increase case management visit. The facility has functioning carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. There is a fire extinguisher rated at 3A40BC. The licensee conducts fire drills two times a year. The program opens and closes in conjunction with the school districts. The fire inspector returned while the inspection was in progress. He returned to follow up and approved the capacity increase. The licensee is aware of the child age ratio requirements as a large and small family child care home. The facility is approved to operate as a large FCCH effective 8/11/2021.
