An unannounced case management visit was made to the facility today by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Robert Maciel and Dianne Morrison for the purpose of following up on outstanding annual fees owed by the facility and met with facility representative, Maria Valdivia-Mendoza (A1). During today's visit, LPA's observed 5 children in care. Licensee Juan Carlos Jacinto (LS) was not present in the home upon arrival. A1 stated that LS had left the home at 9:30 AM to go to his studio. A1 showed LPAs proof of payment of annual fees. LS arrived at the home at 10:15 AM There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to do so shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
