What the inspector wrote

On May 16, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Yesenia Fierro, conducted an unannounced case management inspection-licensee initiated. The purpose of today's inspection was to inspect a new play structure and pour in place that was installed in the outdoor play area. LPA Fierro observed an ultra-play plastic/metal structure that is composed of three (3) slides, vertical loop climber, surge climber, deck stairs, bongos, and a interactive sensor panel. Play structures is suitable for ages 2-5yrs. LPA observed sufficient cushioning material in the form of pour in place. LPA also observed plenty of shade provided by a canopy. Director has the play structure's user\342\200\231s manual and shall ensure that the manufacturer\342\200\231s instructions be followed at all times. LPA advised Director that children be taught play structure safety. The play structure has been approved for use effective today, 05/16/2025. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were observed today. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Maria Castro A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
