What the inspector wrote

On 01/08/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martha De Haro conducted a Case Management inspection and met with Site Supervisor Yolanda Hernandez. LPA explained the reason for the inspection and a tour of the center was conducted both inside and outside. A census was also taken. The center recently submitted a written request to update the ages of children served at the site to include children from ages two (2) to five (5) years of age. The facility requested to keep the same preschool capacity of twenty (20) preschool children. During the inspection, LPA observed that the center did not make any changes to the layout of the classrooms. The center will use a diaper changing pad for the purpose of changing diapers. Per Site Supervisor Ms. Hernandez, the center is looking into installing a wall mounted changing table that will fit inside of the children\342\200\231s bathroom. In addition, LPA observed that the center had updated their Parent Handbook to reflect the changes of the ages of the children served as well as any diapering/potty training policies. No health or safety hazards were observed at the center. An approved fire clearance for the updated children\342\200\231s ages was received by the Department, approving the capacity of twenty (20) preschool children, ages two (2) to five (5) years of age.
