What the inspector wrote

On 02/19/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martha De Haro conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction Case Management inspection. LPA met with teacher Yesenia Morales. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to check the deficiency that was cited during the unannounced Annual/Random inspection on 10/15/25. During the inspection, LPA De Haro observed that the floor mat closest to the front door had been replaced. LPA observed that the colorful carpet used for circle time had been shampooed and cleaned appropriately. Lastly, LPA observed that the AC System/Vent in the classroom had been dusted and thoroughly cleaned. No other issues or concerns were noted during the inspection. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with teacher Ms. Yesenia Morales. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
