Case management inspection addressing lead water exceedance in infant classroom. Two outlets (J and K) in infant classroom 4 tested at 6.9 ppb and 7.9 ppb respectively, exceeding 5.5 ppb Action Level. Site Supervisor disconnected outlets and facility committed to repairs and retesting.
