Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.At 10:20 am, LPA observed that the licensee had a firearm stored in a locked large safe, which was inside of a locked room in the backyard, that was inaccessible to the children. The ammunition was also stored in the safe but it was not locked in a separate area.
