Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The licensee did not ensure that the home was kept clean and orderly, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. On 4/13/2021, the license was cited for having clothing, trash ,and other items on the ground throughout the home, which was the same on this day.

Operation of a Family Child Care Home . The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times. This requirement was not met as evidenced by inappropriate behavior taking place between two day care children due to the licensee not appropriately supervising the children in care. This is a possible risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
