Operation of a Family Child Care Home (a) -The licensee shall be present in the home and shall ensure that children in care are supervised at all times... This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA’s interviews, observations, and record review, Licensee did not ensure that the licensed facility is her home residence. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.

License (b) – The license shall not be transferred to other individuals or locations. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA’s interviews, observations, and record review, Licensee was providing overnight care at a separate location other than her licensed facility. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.
