What the inspector wrote

A Case Management visit is conducted today 10/10/22 by Licensing Program Analyst, Araceli Gibson to inspect a room addition and patio. LPA Gibson met with the licensee, Aurora Lopez, who is caring for 3 toddlers 3 infants. Aurora will be using the living room, dining area as the main daycare but will be using the newly enclosed sun room for overflow for school age children. The sun room is 18 x 40 feet. The room has required permits and the fire inspection was completed on 9/20/22. There is also a patio added to the room addition inspection which exits into the backyard. The patio was observed to be safe and free of hazards, and can be used with a safety gate to separate the back yard from the patio. The sun room and patio has been approved for use. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with the Licensee.
