What the inspector wrote

On 08/09/2022 at 3:25 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Susy Cervantes met with Program Manager (PM), Erin Ramirez, for a case management visit to re-measure the outside play area for the children and informed them of the reason for the visit. The school year has not started, there were no children present during today's visit. LPA was informed that the play structures are currently back ordered and will not arrive until October or November 2022. Construction of the play structures will begin during thanksgiving break or the holiday break in December 2022. LPA observed that the play area is ready and is only lacking the play structure. Outdoor play area measurements: (123 x 24.10) + (64.9 x 20) = 4262.3 sq. ft divided by 75 = 56.83 Outdoor play area has enough space for 56 children , facility is licensed for 45 children. The outdoor area has appropriate fencing and a shed that is used for storage of the play equipment. LPA reminded program manager that children must be supervised at all times. Labeled water bottles will be used and taken outside each time the children are in the outdoor play area. An exit interview was conducted with program manager, Erin Ramirez. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.
