(A) Storage areas for poisons, firearms and other dangerous weapons shall be locked.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed cleaning products and detergents in the open off limit garage, tubes various diaper rash products and two pairs of scissors in the bathroom area within reach of children.
