Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

This is an Amended Report. Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Teodoro Trujillo and Martha Jimenez-Villanueva met with licensee Eperanza Ortiz to deliver complaint findings for above allegations. LPAs explained the reason for the visit. Present during the visit with Licensee were spouse and Assistant (Mariana Fernandez Ortiz) with 7 day care children: 5 preschool age and 2 infants. LPA Trujillo reviewed county construction permit needed to remove hazards. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Esperanza Ortiz. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS PRINTED AND HANDED TO THE LICENSEE, MUST BE POSTED NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOME, AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS
