What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elizabeth Larios conducted unannounced Case Management inspection and met with Preschool Program Coordinator, Renee Garcia. Purpose of today's inspection was discuss an unusual incident that Renee self reported to the Department on 03/21/2025. LPA observed one teacher, three aids, one coach, and seventeen preschool children in classroom 2 during visit. LPA reviewed and obtained copies of pertinent information during today's inspection. Further investigation is required and shall be continued on a later date. Exit interview was conducted with Renee. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection. Notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
