Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report for an inspection conducted on 03/05/2025. LPA met with Director, Nifemi Ogunsuyi and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA conducted a facility walk through and observed 7 children and one staff in the classroom and Director stated that 7 children and 1 staff are in dance class. LPA reviewed the amended report with Director and obtained her signature on the amended LIC 809 page. LPA observed the required postings in the preschool classroom and cleared the deficiency issued on 03/05/2025. LPA observed the sign in and out log. LPA provided copies of the letter of deficiency citations cleared. LPA also obtained a copy of the Designations of Facility Responsibility (LIC 308) and an updated personnel roster. LPA also advised Director on waiver requirements for any areas shared with the school age program and informed Director that there should be no commingling between the two programs. As a result of today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
