Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Joe Macias, conducted an unannounced case management inspection in response to an unusual incident that the facility self reported to Community Care Licensing (CCL). LPA met with the Director Erika Santistevan, and explained the nature of today's inspection to her. This inspection was made to inquire about an unusual incident that occurred on August 26, 2022. The facility is experiencing an increase of pests in the playground/ outdoor area. The affected area has been treated, and a copy of the pest control report has been obtained. There are no signs of pests inside the facility. During today's inspection LPA Macias interviewed staff, toured the facility, reviewed facility files, and obtained copies of pertinent information. No deficiency cited, exit interview conducted, and a copy of this report was reviewed with the Director Erika Santistevan. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, POSTED NEAR THE FRONT ENTRANCE TO THE CENTER, AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
