What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Macias, conducted an unannounced inspection in order to deliver findings on the complaint investigation of above allegation. LPA Macias met with the Site Supervisor Erika Santistevan to discuss complaint allegation findings. LPA Macias interviewed staff, obtained copies of pertinent information, and observed the classroom. Allegation states (staff failed to meet the children's needs). Based on the information gathered; the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. The allegation originated from occurrences that took place on and around November of 2020. A finding that is substantiated means the preponderance of evidence was found. Type B deficiency cited, civil penalty assessed, exit interview conducted and copy of this report provided to the facility. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, POSTED NEAR THE FRONT ENTRANCE TO THE CENTER, AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
