What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martha Jimenez-Villanueva conducted an announced case management inspection to the home today. LPA met with licensee Maria Fletes Garcia. Licensee was providing care to four children today. LPA inspected the home to ensure licensee is operating according with regulations. Licensee stated she started to work on 10/23/24. LPA observed that the licensee has a file for each child enrolled, and has a current children roster. Technical assistance was provided. LPA reviewed with licensee the safe sleep regulations. Licensee was instructed on reviewing the children's packet to be complete when parents enroll the child and transcribed the Immunization Report as soon parents submitted. Licensee was advised on conducting and documenting a fire/disaster drill every six months. Licensee was advised to conducted and document one before April 30, 2025. No deficiencies were cited today. A notice of Site inspection was printed and licensee was instructed to post it for 30 consecutive days
