Interviews were conducted with Staff 1 (S1) and Children (C1 - C6) on 11/16/20 beginning at 4:00 PM . Interviews were conducted with six parents on 11/16/20. An interview was conducted with Parent 4 (P4) on 3/17/21 at 2:42 PM. An interview was conducted with Adult 2 (A2) on 11/17/20 at 2:19 PM. An interview was conducted with Adult 1 (A1) on 3/19/21 at 3:16 PM. During the three tele-inspections, on 11/13/20, 11/16/20 and 3/19/21 LPA requested a tour of the facility and backyard. LPA observed six children on 11/13/20, LPA observed twelve children on 11/16/20 and LPA observed thirteen children on 3/19/20. LPA observed the Licensee and S1 attending to all the children and giving the children lot of attention and affection while playing in the play room and backyard. LPA observed some children doing their school distance learning. Based on interviews conducted and records reviewed, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. LS\342\200\231s signature was not recorded on this Complaint Investigation Report (CIR), however, this report was reviewed and discussed with LS, LS was provided with a copy of this CIR; and Appeal Rights, LS\342\200\231s signature will be on file. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's video inspection.
