What the inspector wrote

An unannounced case management visit was made to the facility today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jen Patel for the purpose of following up on outstanding annual fees owed by the facility and met with facility representative, Julieta Whiteside (D1). During today's visit, LPA observed 0 infants in care. D1 stated that an LPA visited previously on 7/1/25 and D1 thought she had paid her bill for the infant program. LPA confirmed with office there is a balance for the infant license and advised D1 of the balance. LPA provided new PIN number. LPA observed proof of payment provided by D1. LPA also provided technical assistance to D1 for guardian clearance for potential new employee. LPA also toured infant area. There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to do so shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
