What the inspector wrote

On 6/3/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jen Patel made an unannounced visit to the facility for the purpose of conducting an annual inspection. LPA met with Director, Julieta Whiteside (D1). LPA did not observe infants in care. D1 stated she would like to go on inactive status. LPA provided D1 with LIC9211 and will process the inactive status with an effective date of 6/3/2026. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Julieta Whiteside. Appeal rights were provided. No Title 22 deficiencies cited.
