What the inspector wrote

On 8/17/2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Matthew Gallo met with Licensee Sherri Foucht for the purpose of a case management meeting to inspect a recently installed above-ground pool. Upon arrival, LPA observed 6 children, composed of 3 infants and 3 preschool children, supervised by licensee and adult assistant. LPA inspected the pool area and observed the following deficiencies that need to be corrected prior to water being added to the pool: Per regulations, fences shall be at least five feet high and shall be constructed so that the fence does not obscure the pool from view. Currently, a portion of the fencing to be used around the pool obscures view into the pool area. LPA provided print out of regulations regarding pool fences, and invited licensee to reach out with any further questions. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Sherri Foucht. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
