What the inspector wrote

On 05/27/25 at 2:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anna Chan made an unannounced visit to the facility. A self-reported incident was received by the Department on 5/27/25 regarding parent concern on diaper rash and diaper changing. LPA met with Director Cynthia Estep and toured the facility. Census was taken. LPA observed 39 preschool children and 5 staff. Children were napping when LPA arrived. A review of criminal record clearances indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. Director stated they follow diaper schedule every 2 hours or as needed and logs diaper changes in the app. LPA interviewed staff. Staff stated they follow diaper change schedule and or changes as necessary. No deficiencies cited during this visit. Exit interview was conducted with director Cythia Estep. The Notice of Site Visit was posted and must be posted for 30 consecutive days. End of Report
