LPA interviewed children at the facility. None of the children interviewed disclosed information that could support the allegation LPA called parents, none of the parents interviewed disclosed information that could support the allegation. LPA did not observe medications that are accessible to children in care. Based on interviews conducted and observation, although the allegation may or may not have happened, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Church Admin Rosani Barbosa-Welch. The Notice of Site Visit was posted and must be posted for 30 consecutive days.
