On the date of 10/16/2025 LPA (Licensing Program Analyst) Olivia Meza conducted a Case Management Inspection to collect documentation to close the licensed facility. LPA Meza initially arrived to conduct an annual inspection. Upon arrival LPA Meza met with the Director Karen Mcarthur. The Director stated that the facility is license exempt and operating as an enrichment program. The Director Stated that the facility will surrender their license as of today. The Director stated that there are no indoor classrooms at this time and that the students are outdoors for the enrichment program from the hours of 9:00am until 1:00pm Monday through Thursday. LPA Meza observed a total of twenty one (21) children playing outside and three (3) staff members. The Director stated that the children in the program are from the ages of 2.5 to 6 years old. During the visit LPA Meza was able to obtain the license from the Director. LPA Meza received an email from Alyssa Paterson that stated they are relinquishing their license and no longer operating as a child care facility. LPA Meza will conduct a file review and verify the authorized representative of the facility. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Karen Mcarthur.
