Each yard was observed to have proper fencing and shade with concrete flooring and age appropriate outdoor activities items were observed. Facility will request a Waiver for rotating schedule between the 7 classrooms. Fire clearance from City of Costa Mesa Fire prevention office has been received on 9/24/21 and approved for 134 preschool age children, total including 12 Toddlers. Based on today’s indoor measurements, total sinks/toilets and outdoor space, Facility has sufficient space to accommodate the requested capacity of 122 Preschool children and 12 Toddlers: Total capacity 134 children in room # 107,108, 109,110,111 and 116 for Preschool children and Room # 115 for Toddler component Facility Director shall be notified if additional information is needed. A copy of this report, Appeal rights were presented to the Facility Lead Teacher Ms. Reike, Michelle. Exit interview conducted. Notice of Site Visit was posted. Director was informed that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to post it will result in civil penalties of $100.
