On 05/19/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Deschampe entered the facility at 10:12AM for an unannounced annual inspection, in conjunction with another inspection. LPA met with the facility representative/director (FR), Emily Martinez. LPA was led on a tour of the inside and outside of the facility by the FR. The facility is currently licensed to serve Monday-Friday, 6:30AM - 6:30PM, 129 children ages 2-6 years, including 7 toddler option children ages 18-36 months. At the time census was taken, there were 99 preschool and toddler children (due to various enrollment schedules), with 15 staff. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary on this date 05/19/2026 indicates all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. Due to time constraints only the facility staff file review and physical plant inspection were completed. No deficiencies cited for this inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative/assistant director (FR), Kendall Martinez. Appeal Rights were discussed with facility representative. The facility representative was provided a copy of the appeal rights (LIC 9058 ) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. All appeals must be in writing and received by the Regional Office within 15 business days. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days. The “Notice of Site Visit” must be posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door to the facility. Failure to post will result in Civil Penalties of $100.00. End of Report.
