Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Ashley Gonzalez Flores present at the facility and providing care for children present. Facility representative stated Ashley has been working at the facility since June 06, 2025. LPA observed Ashley fingerprints has not cleared and is still showing in process in Guardian as of June 13, 2025 which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
