What Happened
Teacher engaged in inappropriate physical handling and emotional responses to students including grabbing students by arms and leaving them in darkness. Two Type A violations issued for children's personal rights violations.
Observations
- Teacher grabbed two students by the arms on multiple occasions
- Classroom lights turned off intentionally, leaving students in the dark
- Teacher yelled at parents and students
- Multiple witnesses reported observing inappropriate behavior on separate occasions
