Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the back yard, LPA observed an open gate leading to the side of the home. LPA observed two propane tanks, along with Hot Shot insect killer spray, Spectracide spray, Ortho Pesticide, and other hazardous items inside an unlock storage cabinet which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
