What Happened
Complaint investigation substantiated one Type A deficiency: two uncleared staff (Alyssa Kosky and Heather Watson) working directly with children, and child under 2 years of age enrolled in preschool program designed for 2+ years. Multiple other allegations were unsubstantiated.
Observations
- Two staff members (Alyssa Kosky since 2/2025, Heather Watson since 6/1/2025) without criminal record and child abuse index clearances providing care and supervision
- Child #1 (under 2 years old) enrolled in preschool program which is licensed for 2+ years only
- Director stated false assumption that it would be acceptable due to sibling enrollment and summer timing
