Page 1 of 1 Today, a plan of correction inspection was conducted at the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mahnaz (Nancy) Malek. LPA met with assistant director, Savannah Garcia. Census was taken in the infant/toddler program. Upon arrival at 8:00 am LPA observed there was a total of 8 infants and toddlers with 3 staff in the infant room. The staff stated they would transition to the toddler room after few minutes to separate the infants from toddlers in two different rooms. Staff stated the infant/toddler room being out of ratio has been taken care of by moving around the staff's scheduling time.
