On 6/12/2025, LPA Nunez arrived at the facility to initiate the 10-day inspection complaint visit and was informed by the Jesse Arzt that no children or staff members were present at the facility due to last day of school being on May 30, 2025. The director was not present at the facility but LPA talked to the director via telephone and informed the LPA that the children and staff members will return to school on June 16, 2025. No deficiencies were observed of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 at the time of the inspection. Exit interview was conducted with Jesse Arzt . Notice of Site Visit was posted during the visit. The director of youth education was informed that the notice of site visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to post will result in civil penalties of $100. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights (LIC 9058 01/16) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. First level appeals should be sent to the regional manager to the address listed above.
