Continue to Page 3 Page 3 The Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office has investigated the complaint alleging that (1) Staff did not change child's diaper timely leading to diaper rashes, and (2) Staff left child without a diaper on. Based on the information gathered from LPA\342\200\231s interviews and record reviews, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Carolyn Youn.
