This was not met as evidenced by:Based on interviews with staff and children, and documentation gathered from the facility LPA determined that staff #1 aggressively grabbed a child by the arm, moved them to another part of the classroom against their will, and yelled at this child. This child became distraught, cried, and vomitted as result of these actions. This is an immediate threat to this child's health, safety, and personal rights.
