Facility-requested visit·September 23, 2025

On 9/23/2025, at approximately 9:20AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) S. Jung conducted an unannounced Case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection for the purpose of adding a room to the facility\342\200\231s day care areas. Licensee led LPA on a tour of the facility, and LPA observed six (6) children in care. Licensee has requested to add Bedroom 3 so that they have sufficient space for the children to nap. Bedroom 1 and 2 were previously approved during prelicensing for day care use. LPA inspected Bedroom 3 for compliance. Bedroom 3 is located at the left end of the hallway, adjacent to the bathroom door. LPA did not observe any hazardous items accessible to the day care children and found the room to be sufficient for day care use. LPA reminded the licensee that all bedroom doors must remain open during the children's nap time. Licensee provided LPA with an updated facility sketch and has been approved to use all three bedrooms for day care use. LPA reviewed with the licensee required documents for Personnel records. LPA provided the list of required documents using the Entrance Checklist for Family Child Care Homes. Report was reviewed with licensee, Minoo Sobhani, and a Notice of Site Visit was given which must remain posted for 30 days.
