    Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above.While reviewing the children files at 10:30 a.m. LPA observed six out of nine children were missing LIC 995A Notification of Parents' Rights which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Mamata stated she has been working at the family child care home since June 01, 2024 which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
