Facility-requested visit·September 24, 2025

*This is an amended verison of the original report dated 09/24/2025* On 9/24/2025 at 1:40pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Garcia conducted an unannounced case management inspection-licensee initiated visit for the purpose of adding bedroom #2 as an on limits area of the day-care. LPA met with assistant, Juana Hernandez Moreno and informed them of the purpose of the visit. Upon arrival, LPA Garcia observed 4 children including 2 infants and 2 preschool age children in care with the assistant. At 2:00pm, licensee, Eliana Herrera Camacho arrived with 4 school age children. Total census is 8 children. Operation hours are Monday to Sunday, 5am-4am. 7 days a week, 23 hours a day. LPA utilized Spanish translator interpreter ID #98478805 and #98474864 to conduct the visit. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary indicates 2 adults live in the home including the licensee. The adult residents received caregiver background check clearances or exemptions as required by the Department. Per the licensee, there are no minor children living in the home. On 9/15/25, Licensee informed Orange County Regional Office the facility will be adding bedroom #2 to the on limits area of the day-care. LPA received the facility sketch (LIC 999A) and retained in file. LPA inspected the bedroom #2 and observed the space to be clean and tidy. LPA observed age appropriate toys and materials. The childcare and on limits areas includes the day-care room (room #1), children's bathroom, bedroom # 2, and back yard. The off-limits areas include 2 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, garage and patio area adjacent to outside of the garage and the laundry room on the left side of the home. The off-limits areas are made inaccessible by closed, locked doors, and safety gates. File will be submitted to management for final approval. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Eliana Herrera Camacho. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
