Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the inside of the home at 9:22 a.m. LPA observed Lysol and disinfectant spray inside the childrens restroom in unlocked cabinets which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
