Based on observatio and, interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. While touring the facility at 11:20 AM, Director could not locate a carbon monoxide alarm. Director went to the location where the carbon monoxide alarm was placed and noticed the carbon monoxide alarm was missing which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
