The Orange County Regional Child Care Licensing Office investigated the complaints alleging (1) Staff do not ensure children are provided adequate care and supervision; (2) Staff did not ensure children are spoken to in an appropriate manner. Based on interviews conducted, LPA\342\200\231s observation, and documents received the allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there was not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. No deficiencies cited.
