Facility-requested visit·July 24, 2025

On 7/24/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), K. Navar conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection for the purpose of adding two portable classrooms room # 34 and room #36. Upon arrival, LPA met with Facility Representative Jocelyn, Carbajal. Census was taken 3 adults and 19 preschool children were present. LPA then met with Authorized Representative Cynthia, Guerrero. School Year Hours of operation are M-F 7:30AM-4:30PM and Summer hours are M-Th 7:30AM-4:30PM. All indoor and outdoor activity space utilized for the children were inspected today. All facility staff or other individuals who require background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. Facility is currently licensed for classrooms 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,10, 12, 13. Authorized Representative stated that they are only seeking to add portable classrooms Room # 34 and Room # 36 and do not want to increase capacity. LPA inspected portable classrooms Room #34 and observed gross motor activities for children in care and Room #36 was observed to have calming activities for children in care. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via children's water bottles that will be refilled by staff as needed. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 5/1/2025. Exit interview was completed with Authorized Representative Cynthia, Guerrero. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. End of Report.
