What the inspector wrote

On 01/23/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Olivia Meza conducted an initial case management inspection to follow up on a self reported unusual incident that was submitted to CCL Regional Licensing Office on 01/06/2026 and 01/15/2026. A tour of the facility was conducted, and census was taken: LPA observed 12 children in individual classrooms with three (3) teachers. The Reporting Party was not able to provide a date, time, or location of the incident regarding supervision. The Director has reached out to the reporting party for more details but was not able to obtain any further information. During today's inspection, LPA Meza conducted classrooms observations and interviewed staff and children. Five (5) out of five (5) staff interviewed did not see observe or hear about a lack of supervision occur at the facility. Three (3) out of three (3) children interviewed did not disclose information. LPA will conduct an additional visit to collect and review documentation. If deficiencies were observed they will be cited at a later date. A notice of site visit was given and the report was reviewed with the Owner and Director Judith Coglianese. Facility representative was informed that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days.
