What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Olivia Meza conducted an unannounced case management incident inspection to follow up inspection dated 4/08/2025. . LPA met with Director Jennifer Belch. LPA observed 14 infants with 3 staff during their scheduled nap time. On 03/31/2025 a self reported Unusual Incident Report (UIR) was filed with the Licensing Office. The facility reported on Thursday March 27, 2025. LPA Meza collected documentation, and conducted interviews. During the course of the investigation it was determined that the facility provided adequate care and no deficiencies are being cited. Exit interview was conducted. The Notice of Site Visit was posted. The Owner, Director Judith Coglianese was informed that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 consecutive days.
