What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Desai, Ketki conducted an unannounced Case Management Licensee initiated inspection at the above facility for the purpose of changing the infant capacity by adding a new room. Currently facility is licensed for 20 infants (6 weeks to 2 years) in room # 1 and 2 . Facility is now requesting to add one additional room # 3 to Infant license, thereby increasing the capacity to 32 infants in the three assigned rooms. Facility Director Ms. Tucker, Alicia gave a tour of the facility and the infant rooms were remeasured. The following was observed in new Infant room # 3 · Age appropriate furniture · Infant toys and equipment’s. · Room is well lighted with ventilation. · Electronic sign in and out (Care connect application) · CDC Guidelines are being followed. · There is a changing table with the sink within arms reach and additional 2 sinks in each room. Changing table has safe padding with an air tight dust bin for dirty diapers. · The room has a specific napping area where 12 cribs are arranged. · Room is divided by a plexi-glass divider separating the napping crib area and the play area. Each crib has a fitted mattress Additional napping area is in room # 1 also.
