Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aiddee Nunez conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection in response to a Type B violation issued on 2/4/2025 on 101217(d) - All personnel records shall be maintained at the child care center and shall be available to the licensing agency for review. LPA met with Director, Leslie Steinhaus. During the inspection there were no children present. Children\342\200\231s last day of school was on 5/28/25. A review of the Facility Personnel Report Summary on this date indicates all facility staff and other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances or exemptions. The deficiency that was previously cited on a LIC 809 dated 2/4/2025 has been cleared. On 6/3/2025, LPA reviewed 7 staff files and 7 out 7 staff files that were reviewed were all within compliance. No further action needed at this time. POC letter given, and correction has been received at this time. Appeal Rights were explained. The Director was provided a copy of appeal rights (LIC 9058) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. All appeals must be in writing and received by the Regional Office within 15 business days. First level appeals should be sent to the regional manager to the address listed above. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Leslie Steinhaus.
